Stephanie’s Mom’s Simple Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 large heaping Tbsp.  baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 or 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3  or 3/4 cups milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, add wet stuff, mix, pat out & cut into squares.
  3. Bake until golden brown, about 12 – 15 minutes.
